Data truth

  • Real values are entered from a source record.

Operating gates

  • Only one acquisition may be in live diligence at a time.
  • Opportunity and project gates move forward one documented step at a time.
  • A project gate requires a dated decision and evidence before advancement.
  • Written commitments are required before capital is marked committed.

Access

This workspace uses the shared Project 77 Clerk and arm-scoped access policy. Access and sharing are managed centrally; this page does not change permissions.

Deployment

The CRM uses the established Railway service, PostgreSQL database, persistent volume, production boot, health checks, and central Platform link.
